Features
The machine frame of the ECO 600 Edition is extremely stable and robust. The flat rotor is made of solid steel and is situated on the solid rotor casing. The knife holders are welded onto the outside. The cutting knives are inserted into these holders and mounted at the back. This enables a quick change of knives and this way the screws are not damaged during the shredding process. The concave knives are 4 times reversible und ensure a precise cut and increased output.

Strong motor
The machine is powered by an 11 kw -15 kw electric motor which gives the energy to the rotors through the V-belt and gear-box.
Robust rotor housing
The robust rotor housing guarantees the smooth running of the shredder.
The enclosed housing prevents material entering or contaminating the rotor housing which means the material can be left standing for longer periods.
Intelligent control system
The ECO 600 can be programmed through the PLC controls to switch itself off when the hopper is empty. If the machine overloads it switches to a reverse mode which 
also relieves build-up in the drawer.
