The Briquette Press TH 400 – TH 700 series for higher output
The TH 400 – TH 700 briquette press series is used in the production of larger quantities of briquettes made out of wood chippings, saw dust, paper cuttings, styropor and many other materials. The briquette presses are available in different varieties to suit your application.

Applications

Briquette press TH 500 series, container with filter system

The briquette presses TH 400 – TH 700 are used to produce briquettes in trades and industries where there are large quantiites of saw dust and wood waste to be processed. The output, depending on the machine can be up to 350 kg/h. Briquettes with a diameter of 50 mm, 60 mm or 70 mm are produced. The driving force of the briquette press is an electric motor with a driving power of 7,5 kw to 11 kw.		The material to be processed is fed into the container either manually or by way of a filter or conveyor belt. The permanent mixer and a separately controlled discharge screw-transport feed the material into the press chamber. The material is prepressed and then compressed in the main pressing procedure without the aid of binding materials. The maximum material moisture level does not exceed 18 %.

		The Galant briquette press is more suitable for smaller volumes. Advantage: compact design, good value for money. TH 200 S-V, special model
