Types

Profile rotor with turning cutters in the indentations causes large clearance area between rotor and counter knife.		Flat rotor with turning cutters causes high abrasion and increases the danger of material and rotors heating up.

Flat rotor with flat square knives causes very large cutting gap.		Flat rotor with circular knives causes less aggressive cutting action

Definite Advantages : The V-Rotor with concave cutting knives:´		The V-Rotor is available in different quality types and knife-sizes: 40 x 40, 60 x 60, 80 x 80 and 100 x 100 mm.

The V-Rotor with mounted knifeholders; ideal for abrasive materials. Easily replaceable.		V-Rotor with welded knifeholders for universal application and heavy duty shredding purposes.

		The V-Rotor and Super-Cut Sytem is unique in design and performance.
		The adjustable counterknife allows for the precise setting of the cutting gap by means of encased adjustable bolts which are located inside the machine.
