| Fine granulate sizes, high productivity |
Shredders of the FineCut series are designed specially for the production of substitute fuels and offer a wide variety of clever design details. Extremely high throughput rates with different materials such as industrial, household and bulky waste, mixed building waste, production rejects, timber, paper, rejects etc. guarantee maximum productivity. Low power consumption and low wear costs are the basis for the high economic efficiency of the FineCut. |

Applications |
The new FineCut series is a logical addition to the range of WEIMA shredders for the substitute fuel market and fulfils the demand for increasingly smaller granulate sizes.
The FineCut is an important and decisive component in the economic preparation of waste and recyclable materials in new substitute fuel systems. With possible granulate sizes from 10 50 mm, this provides |
the machine operator with maximum possible flexibility and the possibility of reacting precisely to the requirements of power stations and the cement industry.
WEIMA Groups offer themselves to customers and plant designers as a competent and reliable partner for the installation of plants for the production of substitute fuels. |

FineCut single shaft shredder |
| The single shaft shredders of the new FineCut series were developed on the basis of practice-related experience and know how and are designed specially for the production of substitute fuels. Along with the materials to be shredded, the required throughput rates and particle size range are decisive for the individual design of the machine. |

Rotor / Blade system |
| The rotor width of 2000 mm and diameter of 800 mm allow a large screen area, an aggressive intake action and therefore an extremely high throughput rate. The newly developed blade system, together with the step-free adjustable counter knife, guarantees a high-precision cut. |
Drive system |
The electro-mechanical drive with frequency converter allows maximum throughput rates with clean and pre-treated materials. The speed range of the high wear-resistant special rotor is 160 - 320 rpm and can be adjusted step-free. A modern clutch system (torque limiter) protects drive and machine against damage. |
Screen size / Screens |
| The hydraulic swivel screen allows easy access to the rotor, blades and counter-knife. The resulting shorter fitting and cleaning times ensure greater availability of the FineCut. The segmented screen allows a rapid screen change. Screen sizes of 10 80 mm are available. |
Obstruction and inspection flap |
| Obstructions can be removed quickly and easily by opening the hydraulic obstruction and inspection flap. The rear-sided access point provides a second possibility of access to the rotor, the blades and the counter-knives. |

Extreme high throughput rates (depending on type and screen size from 4,000 to 20,000 kg/h) Low power consumption for high economic efficiency Second control panel on machine front for easier operator accessibility Sizes adjustable to individual requirements for flexible possibilities of use Hydraulic swivel screen simplifies access, maintenance and screen change Obstruction and inspection flap (hydraulic) for removing obstructions Higher operational safety through electromechanical locking, limit switches and emergency stop switches Option of shredded material removal by either conveyor belt, chain trough conveyor or extractor Extensive and detailed documentation Spare part and service guarantee Performance enhancement possible with twin pusher function Extremely rugged and sturdy design Torque limiter (clutch) guarantees optimum protection against obstructions Multi-turn blade plates and step-free adjustable counter-knives (SuperCut) for low wear costs Easy tool change and high breakage safety of rotor and static blades are a guarantee for shorter set-up times
