Their newly developed claw technology enables wood, paper, plastic, metal or biomass to be processed into high-density rectangular briquettes. The rectangular briquette shape ensures optimum packing density during transport or storage. The robust shredder is used in the woodworking industry to shred all types of wood materials, such as, e.g. surplus materials from chipboard, medium density fiberboard (MDF) and solid wood, right up to extremely hard woods. The shredded chips produced are normally used directly for burning as fuel or made into briquettes. The company has successfully placed more than 5,000 WL4 machines in the worldwide market since 1989.
