With the WLK series single
shaft shredders (Photo: Two-stage shredding plant consisting of a WLK
single-shaft shredder in combination with a NZ downstream shredder) and the ZMK
series four-shaft shredders, there are two different shredding concepts
available, that can be adapted flexibly to the appropriate task. Apart from
rather unproblematic parts such as wheel arches and caps, headlamp housings,
etc., large volume thermoformed and injection moulded parts such as instrument
panels, carpets, interior door claddings can also be shredded. Furthermore,
proved solutions are offered for shredding of contaminated materials or those
containing foreign particles, such as batteries, coolant water and fuel
containers or tough elastic rubber components.
The machines are designed to customers’ specific requirements, according to the
type, size and constitution of the materials to be shredded. Throughput of 150
to 3,000 kg/h and a wide range of target particle sizes are possible here. |
